How to use the book

​I suggest that you read the whole book, then talk to your trust health professional about what makes sense for you.

They won’t all agree with me. A 30 year-old Personal Trainer who has been brought up on gym machines isn’t going to concede the damage they are doing to older bodies. So use your judgement.

If you think the PT will be as fit and strong as me when he is 71 then you have a choice to make. My test - endorsed by the Norwegian University of Science and Technology - rated my body age as 30 years old.
