Plain English Disclaimer

Don't do anything stupid and get hurt doing more than you should after reading some of my experiences and suggestions. This would make us both quite unhappy. Consult a medical doctor, a training coach and common-sense specialists before doing anything you may read in some of my principles and suggestions. Liability Release

You hereby affirm, and you affirm each time you apply your interpretation of the experience and suggestions of Walter Adamson aka Body Age Buster  (the “Released Parties”) in a activities, exercise or diet choices, that:
  • You are in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition which would prevent or limit your participation in your interpreted version of any exercise or dietary program mentioned on this website or associated media sites (the Interpreted Version);
  • You are participating in your Interpreted Version voluntarily and at your own risk; and,
  • Your Interpreted Version is your sole responsibility and at your sole discretion and not endorsed by the Released Parties.

Your hereby release the Released Parties and their agents and associates from any claims, demands, and causes of action as a result of your voluntary participation in your Interpreted Version, to the extent permitted by law.

​You fully understand that you may injure or harm yourself as a result of your execution of your Interpreted Version and you hereby release the Released Parties from any liability now or in the future for conditions that you may obtain directly or indirectly from participating in the your Interpreted Version, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
